Because our pieces are handcrafted and may include made-to-order or limited-edition work, refund requests are reviewed according to the product condition, order stage, and eligibility terms below.

When returns are accepted
Returns may be considered for eligible items that are unused, unworn, in original condition, and requested within the return window stated at the time of purchase.
Exclusions
Items not eligible
For hygiene, customization, and craftsmanship reasons, earrings, personalized jewelry, bridal sets, altered items, and final-sale pieces are generally not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect on arrival.
Process
How refunds work
Once an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, gift wrap, and expedited services are typically non-refundable unless the error was ours.
